I have the opportunity to acquire these memories <https://www.gskill.com/product/165/326/1562838932/F4-3200C16D-32GTZNTrident-Z-NeoDDR4-3200MHz-CL16-18-18-38-1.35V32GB-(2x16GB)> at a great price, and I also found them very beautiful ... The question is, will they work on a Crosshair Hero VI x370? And it will only work on x3000 Ryzen processors?
Neo series is Ryzen 3000 optimized. I have F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC and it worked with an AX370 Gaming K5 + Ryzen 7 3700X at 3600Mhz with XMP Profile. 3200Mhz should work fine even with older generation Ryzen CPU's but still if the kit is not in the QVL nothing is 100% guaranteed.

For your MoBo, and 2 x 16 Gb sticks, GSkill guarantees only 2933 MHz as the fastes speed supported

But as stefanos50 said it is the same for his Mobo (Gigabyte AX370 Gaming K5 )

This will depend entirely on your Bios
