Question G.Skill Tridentz RGB not lighting up

I have a ryzen 2600x

Asus B450-F motherboard

TridentZ G.SKill RGB 3200 2x 8gb

I cannot get Aurua to detect the ram nor can i get it to light up. Help please. I installed the G.Skill software and it wouldnt even open.

Are you running at stock? Clear your CMOS in the BIOS just to be sure - but it not lighting up at all is very, very strange.

Do you have the latest BIOS installed?

Have you tried G.Skill's own software to troubleshoot if it detects the kit?

.....and you're sure they're RGB modules? Stupid question, I'm sure.

Yes ive tried stock and non stock and yes i hae the latest Biios.

Also G.Skill software doesnt want to work properl keeps quiting on me. ALso Aura doesn even detect the ram.
