G-Sync Alt Tab Lag

My gaming laptop is msi gt72 2qd dominator g and I have GTX 970m 3GB my issue is as following:
If G-Sync is enabled in for full screen or for full screen and windows I have about 5 seconds delay before alt tab.
This issue only occur for any driver newer than 361.43.
G-Sync Alt+Tab is pretty instant if I disabled G-Sync or used 361.43 driver and older
Alt+tab is really important specially when playing RPG games or MOPA and this lag is really annoying, Any advice?

Advice? you have answered your own question: use older driver.

Yes, I am doing so but now i am losing driver support/enhancements/features for the new games

Just wait, nVidia gives updates relative fast.
I had problems with my GTX970 at some points of times and had to roll back. After several updates, everything is back normal.

but I guess you are lucky, may be I wont be that lucky because I already skipped two updates

Only 2 updates so far?..hmm..I have to get my memory back..I think it took 4-8 updates by me ^o^

So there is no solution to this issue other than just wait for a random update which may fix it

You can try cleaning via DDU and try to install the newest driver.
If it does not work, rolling back and waiting is all you can do.
