hi guys i have a GTX 750Ti gpu and am using a shitty monitor, i ordered a AOC G2460PG G-sync capable monitor to get the most out of my GPU, from my research that seems to be one of the best and good priced monitors at high demand.
my question is, the GTX card has MINI HDMI and 2 DVI slots, but the monitor itself has only DisplayPort connection, will i be able to use G-Sync using a Displayport to miniHDMI converter?
the monitor hasnt arrived yet and im wondering which connector wire i should get
either mini HMI to DP or DVI to DP
i should mention it is a PNY GTX card, not an EVGA
(i noticed EVGA has displayport added... shame i didnt get that, knew nothig about the difference at the time)

Solution
Gsync requires displayport on both ends. So you are not going to be able to use gsync with your current card. Also with most adapters you will be limited to 1080p@60hz. For what a dual link dvi to displayport adapter costs you could buy a GTX 950 that has a displayport.
