should i buy the asus g-sync or the regular asusVG248QE is g-sync worth the extra money

or if you guys know of a better monitor please tell,, i am a gamer and want best monitor for it

my specs
cpu-i7 4770k
gpu-gtx 780ti
ram-8gb
motherboard-asus maximus hero
ssd-samsung 750gb

If you want best gaming monitor then remember that it should have 120 Hz+ refresh rate. Check with this setting in mind and go for available monitor.

GSync is supposed to minimize the display stutter and end the screen tearing hence ensuring the smooth and fastest gaming by synchronizing the refresh rate of display unit and the GPU.

As per the results from CES 2014 Asus GSync monitor at their display was producing the desire result. However, nothing can be said as of a moment because of a very few reviews over it.

It is upto you to decide if it worth the money. From gaming perspective YES it is.

G-Sync is very nice, but as for which one you should get... the ASUS VG248QE is getting a in the first half of 2014 with pricing set at $399 USD in North America, however if you did buy the ASUS VG248QE without G-sync you can later on buy this a Do-It-Yourself Kit and mod your ASUS VG248QE from Nvidia for $200.

When we enable the v-sync it eliminates the screen tearing but then we face another problem which is lag or stutter. G-Sync is addressing both the issues at same time by synchronizing the refresh rates on display unit and the GPU.

Improvement in gaming experience from mouse and keyboard depends more on mouse and keyboard devices themselves than the display unit.

What really needs to be addressed is that what fps will you get from g-sync!

But if you add G-sync to that monitor it will only have display port.

if i get the asusVG248QE at 144mhz will v-sync enabled chang it to 60mhz or will i be able to play with more than 60 fps and how becuase i have never had a monitor more than 60mhz ,but i want more fps than 60

No, G-sync will change it to make the monitor line up with the GPU so if your GPU is out putting 120 FPS, you will see 120 FPS and if it's 96 you'll get 96, your monitor will change to what the GPU is sending and your GPU will do the same if it is sending more then the monitor can get.
