-I9 9900k CPU
-Prime 1000w power supply
-2080TI 12GB Nivida Gigabyte Arous GPU w/ attached water cooler
-Kraken X71 Cpu Cooler
Define R5 Case
-MSI Meg Godlike MB
-64GB DDR4 Ram
-1tb NVME Drive
-1tb (4 Intel 960) Raid 0
-1000 Down 40 Up ISP
-Killer Dual Ethernet Setup
-All fans replaced with Noctua Fans w/filters setup for a positive pressure
Will this be sufficient are should I build a second PC for processing?

Yeahh, Id say you can! Thats pretty beastly, but if you can afford that, it may just be more convenient to build a small workstation to broadcast it!

OK cool, and I have already built the system. Issue is then how to setup a proper workstation with mic and cam. Any thoughts?

A good way is to use OBS with the NDI plugin. You can put it on the main pc and use the plugin to send your screen output to the second pc and use it as a source! Then you can just setup a microphone to the second pc and a camera, make them sources and boom, youre streamin! If you choose to set it up without that you can look into capture cards, like elgato. Or maybe there is a way you can use an HDMI from the main pc and use it as a "line in" type thing? Im not sure about that, but yeah!
