Hello
Since the Gigabyte G1 Gaming RX 480 was a fail in temperature
I found an Rx 470 G1 Gaming with a good price but i'm afraid that it will run HOT as the RX 480 Model the G1 Gaming Cooler isn't that good i think.....
so i'm asking you guys for advice ?
ps: i considered the G1 Gaming over the MSI gaming X because of the Back plate

Thank you

Solution
Some cards are just hot by themselves - it also depends on ambient room temperature. This is rarer, though.
As I said, most cards will run in the 70s when under a full load; it isn't unusual.

As long as it's under 65 c° i have no problem

I'm going to be honest here - very few cards run under 65 C under heavy load. Both AMD and NVIDIA cards, when really pushing out power, run in the high 70s and, sometimes, the lower-to-mid 80s.

Why exactly can't the card run warmer than 65?

Why should it run at the lower 80s if it's not Overclocked ?????
