It might work, it might not.
It might work initially, then become unactivated later when that key is discovered to be non-legit.
It might work forever.

But if it seems to good to be true, it almost certainly is.
Microsoft has apparently said that G2A is not an authorized reseller. I'd ask..."How can they sell a $150 product for $20?"
 


G2A is probably reselling student keys that were purchased dirt cheap from students who had access to Dreamspark Premium. These keys are not transferable and are not licensed for commercial use.
