G3 or 5X

I can get 5X for $240 and G3 for $145. Which one should I get. 5X is newer and it has stock Android, but no sd-card, only 16GB or storage and I do not really like the design. G3 is a bit older and I've heard it has issues with heat and lag, but it has nice specs. Soo..which one?

Like what? I mean, for that cash I do not know a better option. There is a huge discount in a major carrier here and it lasts till 30th. The prices are usually way higher than that.

5x I would say concerning the extra storage you could upload to drive or dropbox etc,also it has a 32gb version

I picked the 5X and I already have problems with the storage. It just not for heavy users. It's not perfect but I probably won't find better one for that price.
