G3220 Haswell 63 degree while Full Load.

I have Intel Pentium G3220 with stock cooler and I not overclock it, I usually use it for gaming. When idle my CPU temperature 40-45 degree and when full load/gaming the temperature reach 63 degree and it very affected with the games, it cause lag. is it normal ?

Max temp this CPU can handle 72 Degree C.63 is still safe but on higher side.Did you place your CPU heatsink/Fan correctly ?

I did, I also have cleaned the fan and repaste the cpu but it useless.
