Which os will be better after specter update
I am getting slowdowns on windows 10

Are you sure the 'slowdowns' you are experiencing are related to the Spectre patches? I personally don't think you'll notice much difference by moving down to Windows 8.1, even more so if you use DX12 programs/games. I'd say stick with 10, it's more optimised imo. Hope this helps!
