Well the Seidon 120V V2 looks to be a bit cheaper than the Noctua and performs pretty well looking at reviews, so it should handle an OC'd 3258 well. Id settle with that one.
Yeah, thanks for helping again. But I don't really like its looks (my build will have a massive window, on the Corsair Air 240 case) and the copper heatsink will look a bit distracting. Would you recommend any Scythe, Noctua, Cooler Master or other small heatsink fans that may be up for the job?

@NubUser
What sort of temps are you getting in your Elite 130 (I'm pretty sure that's a small case so any temps around those or better will be good).
Thanks
I never checked temps, as the cpu fan nerver run loud, but i can when i got home, i mostly run wii games emulator, so its very incentive cpu job, the gpu is the Asus GTX960 TURBO OC 2GB, so it actually take air out of the case.
I have similar specs to your PC so that's good news. I'm getting an 4GB Sapphire R9 380 NITRO, which has really powerful fans which should exhaust some hot air out through the bottom of the case.
