4-4.5 Ghz. If you want to go near 5Ghz you should get a better cooler and which PSU do you have?

Just wattage won't be enough which Brand and model no. is that PSU?
4.5 is possible but not guaranteed as some people achieved stable 4.5 Ghz with that cooler but some didn't, they achieved around 4.2 or 4.3 I think.
