What is the best processor can my MOBO handle or Compatible with? Someone suggested a Q9650. But I think there's still something better.

If you get for ~$100, yes, for the price it currently is on Newegg ($330), not at all.

Can you suggest me a better MOBO?

Currently my Processor is Core 2 duo E4600 2.40 OCed to 2.80 and its not meant for gaming.

That sadly isn't an option, that C2Q is probably the best LGA775 available. You can't put a CPU on a different socket MoBo.

I would put a q6600 in the current board even if i was building a new one. They cost peanuts, and are three times the power of the current cpu.
In fact, it would be daft NOT to.

Cause if I ever buy them. I think I'm just wasting money. It will take another 7-8 months or exactly next yr. for me to upgrade again. Since I don't have Allowance. I'm just a learning IT student here. So, my plan was Upgrade to something not being wasted, It's like getting a MoBo that can Support the new CPU's out there and then will be using my CPU for awhile. Is that possible?

No AMD and Intel has different sockets and dying methods.

You can build a pc 3 times faster than what you have for starting point $170, or you can more than double the power of what you have for $30 something. Thats the options on the table. The q9650 sits half way between the two performance wise for $100, so is very bad value.

Q6600's were sold all over the world in huge quantities. You will find one somewhere locally i am sure. In fact, they were made in Malaysia. Buy a SLACR (G0) version if you can, its better than the B3.
