G41mt-s2p compatible with 64 bit virtualization

My mother board is ga-g41mt-s2p Please could you let me know which processor is compatible for 64 bit virtualization. I trying to run Hyper-v in win 2008-R2 or trying to install 64 bit virtual host form. it is saying my processor is not compatible.

Mother board: GA-G41MT-S2P
processor: Intel dual core 4400 @ 2.0 GHZ
RAM : 8 GB

Assuming you meant Core 2 Duo E4400 and GA-G41MT-S2P (rev. 1.3).

Most 64-bit Virtualization require VT-x support so right off you have an issue with your CPU.
