So I bought a new RAM which is 4gig with 1333mhz speed.
I installed it on my ECS G41T-R3 V1.0 Motherboard. But it doesnt boot when i Install. Im running on Windows 32 bit and I am aware of its ram limit. But wht bothers me is the fact that it doesnt recognize even a portion of the 4 gigabyte ram.

Oh. Its Kingston. Can I ask you what part# is? Or how it can be identified.

EDIT:

I dont really think that its got to be with the Motherboard. What im guessing is that its because of my OS which is 32 Bit. Because i tried to put my current 2 gig ram and the 4 gig ram. But it does not recognize the 4gig ram. What i really need is help to bypass the RAM Limitation. I've heard of it and ive been trying to find how but cant seem to find a way how.

EDIT:
Oh heres the part# i guess? Of the Kingston RAM that i was trying to install. KVR1333D3N9
And I found it on the QVL List. But then It doesnt work. And ive tried putting it on another motherboard and it works.

Memory is plug and play. After installing the memory, clear the CMOS jumper on the motherboard. Load the optimzied default setting. Save and EXIT.

Based on your information, you have exactly same Kingston memory as inside our QVL list. Is that correct?

Yes, but when i try to put it inside another motherboard it instantly reads the added RAM without having me to do the clearing of the CMOS jumper which i do not know of and yes its exactly the same with the one on your list.

Ehrm. Am i allowed to give links here? I guess yes right?

Which one would be the best? Will the 1st one be good enough? or will it work?

It wouldnt hurt to ask you another question. Hahaha. Can you just give me a further explanation of this last post of yours about the i dont get post with the 4gb memory? Please explain the thing about the clearing then its the end of the line. :)

With the 4gb memory alone? No, the cpu just lights up and my monitor is just pure black. But with the 2gb memory yeah it boots. But the problem is it only reads the 1333mhz 2gb memory. So no. No display with the 4GB memory.

If the memory is over the specification, we can't guarantee to compatible this model. If you want to see the real differences between the KHX1600C9D3X2K2/4GX and KHX1600C9D3k2/8gx, please check with Kingston manufacturer directly. Sometimes, the voltage of memory can't be backward compatible to 1.5V.

there are no differences between them only the memory :S the timings mhz everything is the same but still not working :X

Hey dude. Do you have a solution with your 4gb memory problem? same case here.

try to set 800 mhz on your bios with single stick of ram then after it save and restart try to turn it off by holding the power button then wait for a sec then put the 2nd stick and try to power it up

that's what i did on my new ddr3 2gb zeppelin with kingston 2gb so i have 4 gb now and I'm not sure if this will work for you
and im using win 7 64 bit
