Hi guys, I am not a hardcore gamer. I Have no plans to upgrade my pc in future. I am happy to play games that have come before 2015. But I just wanna play them in very high quality mode. Will this setup work?

Solution
Tomb Raider 2013 will work fine, but Rise Of The Tomb Raider is much more robust. You would have to really lower the graphics settings to make it playable.

what about games like tomb raider, arkham origin/knight. If these kind of game works then I just don't care

I would not use a $60 G4400@3.3.
For a similar price, you can buy a stronger 7th gen G4560@3.5 which has two extra threads and a stronger integrated HD610 graphics.
Or, $85 G4600@3.6 has even stronger HD630 graphics. Might be not too far from GTX1050 capability.
You will need a lga1151 motherboard and ddr4 ram.
Defer on the graphics card and see how far integrated graphics takes you.
You can easily add a much stronger discrete graphics card later when you know what you really need.

Well yes, if the OP spends more money they can get a better system. However, the thing about the G4560 is that is should cost about the same as the G4400 (unless the G4400 in question is used) while performing significantly better. Also, getting an i3 has been largely a waste of money every since Intel released hyperthreaded pentiums (i.e. G4560).

I am thinking he will run out of gaming power pretty fast with what he was talking about.

Yeah I would never think about an I3 personally, min would be an I5.

Why get the G4650 when an i5 7400 is $30 more currently?

And he could put in a Graphics card later like a GTX 1060 and not have to worry for awhile as it would play anything.
