So here is my build:
GTX 1050 ti
G4560
B250m
G skills 8gb ram 2400mhz

I wanted to know if one of these PSU would be good
Thermaltake Lite Power 450w
CoolerMaster 460w Elite
Thermaltake Lite Power 550w
CoolerMaster 500w Elite
THERMALTAKE SEMI MODULAR SMART SE 530W PSU

I'd pick the Thermaltake Smart SE 530W out of that bunch.
They'd all probably work though.

The Coolermaster Elites, and the TT Smart units are tier 4, low quality units. I'd stay away from them.
Of the other two, I'd go with the 550 watt unit. But as they are unrated, I would rather go with something else. Are these the ONLY brands available to you?
If possible try to get something from tier 1 or 2.

Thermaltake Lite Power's are also 'budget' low-quality power supplies. Agreed - none of these PSs are great choices although they all will most likely work for the demands of the system listed.

How long they work is another story...

Well i bought an xfx 430w but i don't know if the item will arrive or not because it hasn't any tracking id.If it don't arrive i have no other choice then to take one from my country Mauritius where we sell absolutely high prices for simple items.

I would really like to not go higher than 60$
The prices are too high here for good psu like the seasonic one cost 110$
Paying a new one + shipping of 60$ on the web is often cheaper.
I got lucky and a seller shipped an xfx 430w for 5$ but i have no guarantee it will arrive

No one can predict the future with any degree of accuracy. Can you run your build on a low-tier PSU? Yes. How long can you run it? That's the 64 thousand dollar question.
