g4560 to i5 7500

So I currently have Intel Pentium G4560 as my current cpu and whenever I play games such as gta v, my cpu usage is 100% which makes my gameplay stutter. Right now, i'm planning to change to an i5 7500. Is it worth the upgrade? Will it make any difference?

my specs :

Mo : Gigabyte gigabyte b250m gaming 3
GPU : Gigabyte 1050Ti
CPU : G4560

p/s : i'm not planning to buy i7's because i7s are waaaay over my budget.

I am not looking for an i7. I7s are way over my budget.
I am planning to upgrade to an i5 7500. Is it worth it? Will I be seeing a lot of improvements ?

Lower the graphic settings, does it stop the stuttering or increase the FPS?
