G4580? Cpu-z wtf

Hello so i was looking for a g4560 from many sellers online for a cheap price because of the price that increased to 100$
One of them is telling me they don't have it anymore in stock but they have the g4580 i looked on google and i discovered it doesn't exist.I asked him to recheck and he sent me this

Can someone explain me is it a custom driver or something like that.The seller himself seems confused about the item as I didn't get any other good offer i bought one anyway if it is bad i will just have to return it but can someone explain this to me?

no mate thats not normal at all - you do mean the cpu fan ??

No it is fine xD i tought as long as the pc is on it needs to turn.But when i boot the pc it works so i don't think there is a problem
