G610 keyboard question

so i got the g610 logitech for the macros it has, but the thing is the multikey macros arent working. i tried setting the "shift and W " keys into the "W" key alone so that i can sprint when i click "W" alone without the need to click on the shift key.. but not working.

anyone has an idea on what im doing wrong?

already tried that the moment i got my kb ,it didnt work.,.... it works perfectly fine for the mouse but not for the kb
