I'm planning to build a low budget gaming this coming christmas. Games are probably (AC3, Minecraft, MW3, BF3, etc)
I saw a video on youtube that he can play AC3 on the pentium g620 and it's igpu with playable framerates (for me).
On topic, I'm confused on what mobo/cpu to buy.. and I'm living in the Philippines so no newegg.. so can anyone tell me what's better?

Mobo/CPU #1:
Intel Pentium G640 (Php. 2390)
http://www.tipidpc.com/viewitem.php?iid=18950170
Asrock H61M VS (Php. 1950)
http://www.tipidpc.com/viewitem.php?iid=18570855
Total: Php. 4340

Mobo/CPU #2:
Intel Celeron G550 (Php. 1695)
http://www.tipidpc.com/viewitem.php?iid=19954411
Asrock B75M DGS (Php. 2870)
http://www.tipidpc.com/viewitem.php?iid=19759878
Total: Php. 4565

The #1 build has a powerful processor but the motherboard lacks features like usb 3.0, sata 3 and pcie 3.0.. I can't have both G640 and B75 because it's out of budget and I also need ram, cheap keyboard and mouse. My budget for the mobo/cpu will be Php 4700. I have no graphics card yet so this will be more on minecraft and for school, but if I have the cash I will be getting an HD 7750. I already have a case, psu and dvd drive if you may ask. Oh yeah and I'm thinking of upgrading the cpu to an ivy i5 next year. So what is the best bang for the buck combo?

(sorry for my bad english, not my first language :) )
Php. 45 = $1

EDIT:
I've played cod4 @640x480 textures on high with playable gameplay! here's a vid of me playing:

Solution
Nothing wrong with a H61 based motherboard.

USB 3.0 is of value only if you will be connecting an external usb 3.0 hard drive.
Even then, you can always buy a usb3.0 internal add on card.

Pci-e 3.0 is of little value, regardles. Even top end discrete graphics cards have trouble using all of 2.0.

sata 3 is only of value if you will be using a modern ssd. even then, you will get all of the benefit of a ssd run on sata 2 except perhaps maximum sequential speeds.
Net... #1 looks better to me.

You will be able to add a discrete graphics card when you have the funds, and yes, the motherboard should be upgradeable to a ivy/sandy quad. Just not an overclockable "K".

You won't be able to run AC3 with integrated graphics on the intel cpu. Don't believe everything on youtube..

Really? hmm it seems so real since his channel consists of gameplays using Intel HD graphics.

The minimum requirement for ac3 is nvidia 8800gt or ATI 3870..have a look for yourself..the pentium HD graphics is way below on the GPU hierarchy chart..but if you get an AMD apu you can run some of the recent games on the low preset..

Yeah that's just sad
I already thought of AMD's Trinity chips but I will be upgrading to an i5 in a year or two so no no. :)
Well so no gaming for now until I get an HD 7750 before the end of my 2nd semester. :bounce:
But here's some gameplay of AC3 on the pentiums igpu:

Thanks for clearing that up for me :)
No overclock since my case is pretty small and can't fit a bad ass cooler :D

Yeah, but the good news is it runs!!
I can lower the resolution to 800x600 or even 640x480 just to play the game. I don't care about the graphics that much, I just only want to know the story.

I don't think I can, I'm only a student so I depend on my allowance. And like I said above, I will be buying a gpu. So thanks anyway :)
