Audio from youtube was playing just fine yesterday, now it's dead silent. I've restarted my computer, uninstalled/reinstalled logitech drivers, and I get nothing. It was working so well...what happened?

Vista Ultimate 64 bit, (OS).

Some sounds...like system beeps and bleeps still work, nothing else does.

Solution
If you r-click the speaker icon in the notification tray, one of the options should be "Playback Devices" - that's where you go to choose your default device and see which ones are receiving sound from the software mixer assuming the software you are having problems with is not muted in the mixer.

As I said in my first post, if system sounds go out to your G930, the hardware is fine and you are almost certainly having wrong sound output selection or mixer settings issues somewhere you haven't looked at yet.
Check your sound output device configuration in both the the sound control panel and your applications' sound configuration. If system beeps still play on it, it means your applications/games sound is most likely getting routed/mixed into the wrong output. If you added or removed audio devices, the software or sound management likely got confused.

Thanks Invalid,

I remember in XP there was a window where you could individually adjust volume, and/or enable playback devices. It seems to be missing in Vista.

G930 was working just fine, then it just stopped. Very frustrating.

Also....when playing a yt video, there is no indication that sound is being processed.....G930 playback device 'bars' are dead. (Right clicked sound, selected playback devices, (G930 headset is enabled, and default for sounds).

I tried speakers from hardware jack in the back. No go. I'm guessing a hardware issue. Off to have a chat with ASUS! (Also reinstalling my previous mobo combo).
