GA 7N400 Pro2 - Northbridge fan

I've seen a couple of posts relating to replacements for other m/b's, but do
you guys have any suggestions for a
replacement of my northbridge fan?

the standard one makes all sorts of odd grinding noises, and sounds really
ropey.

My Northbridge fan did the same thing on my 8KNXP board. After a lot of
research, I replaced it with a silent Zalman NB47J.

and they said that they would send me a new fan for the cost of a stamped
addressed envelope which is another option for you.
