GA-7N400V Pro2 questions

Hi, right now I am running GA7ZXE with Athlon XP 1800 and 512 SDRAM. I plan
on slowly upgrading and using the old parts in another computer. My first
plan is to get the GA-7N400V and 512MB of corsair value select PC3200 RAM,
and using it with the 1800 XP. Will i have to run the memory at 266(133)Mhz
? Is this ok?

As for the GA7ZXE, i will be putting an old Athlon 800 Tbird (that i hope is
not dead). That is 200(100) Mhz ?

Then in a few weeks maybe I plan on getting an Athlon 3000 (400 FSB), SATA
drive, Radeon 9800, the whole shebang

Oh, I forgot to mention, currently in my 1800 system i have an Antec 300
Watt PS, will this be enough for the motherboard and ram swap?
