Hello. I recently bought a second hand GA-7TESM Dual Xeon Processor Motherbord to replace an old faulty. Everything is ok. The problem is when I try to install Windows 7 in a PCI Express Revo drive I load the drivers and I take a message that says I cannot install Windows in this partition because system cannot boot from this device. The truth is that before the creation of the raid 0 with Revo drive utility I show an option to boot from the separate drives in bios. After created the raid 0 strip I haven't this option. Is something I can do for making Revo drive boot from this Motherbord?

Solution

I tried a RevoDrive once and I had a similar issue.
I tried loading the 64bit drivers and it did not work.
I had to load the 32-bit drivers then go back, delete all partitions on the drive, format it, create a new partition and load the 64-bit drivers

Are you succesfully loading the correct drivers for the OS version (32-bit or 64-bit)?

Yes I load the correct drivers. I have used them in another of with the same drive. Before loading the drivers windows 7 are not able to see the drive. After loading the drivers the drive appears in the list but a message says that I cannot install Windows in this drive because thia computer hardware may not be able to boot from this disk.
