Does anyone know if this board supports 300+ gb hard disks?
Specifically i wanted to buy this HD:

HDD EIDE MAXTOR 300 GB 7200 RPM
ATA/133 BUFFER: 16MB SEEK TIME: <9.0 MS

I don't know but at the same time I cannot see why it wouldn't. If in doubt
perhaps you need to look up the VIA chipset specifications, and the
specifications of the Raid controller (I have forgotten who makes that,
which is embarrassing as I had one of those boards! Oops). My personal
feeling is that an ATA controller does not impose a size limit (on
partitions).
