GA-8IK1100 vs P4C800-E-DX

Should I invest on an Asus? Could someone tell me if there’s a big difference (performance, reliability) between those 2 mainboard. I also have to keep in mind that I would like to change again in 1-2 years when 64 bits architecture and software will be more wildly used.

I'd go with the Abit IS7 because of features, performance, price.

I went with a Gigabyte GA-8KNXP Ultra-64 with a Prescott 3.2
