GA-965P-DS3 VS GA-P35-DS3L VS GA-P35-DS3R,Any signif t difference?

I originally wanted to purchase a GA-P35-DS3L, although I noticed there are a few more options:

I'm kinda indecisive about these models:

Do u recommend which one is better? (Price - Performance Ratio)

The 965 uses an older chipset, so I'd stay away from that. Regarding the other two, both are excellent; take a look at the extra features (mostly ports) on the DS3R vs the DS3L to decide which is better for you.

The main differences between your #2 and #3 are:

1. Raid capability. #3 can do it. #2 cannot.
2. SATA ports - #3 has more.
3. #2 uses 4 phase power for the CPU, #3 uses 6 phase.
4. The chipset heatsink for #3 is a little bigger, so if you plan to overclock, that might be nice. Although aftermarket coolers are pretty cheap.

I have #3 and love it. Just my 2 cents...
