What are the safe temperatures and what is the safe vcore voltage on GA-970A-DS3 Rev 3.0 mobo ?
My overclocked FX-4100 is unstable @4.6GHz 1.476v and the temperatures are not that bad, I think, but the voltage kinda scares me.Is it normal for am3+ mobo's to run these high voltages ? I saw Intel users never go past 1.4v or so. (PS: I am using a EVO 212 Cpu Cooler + Zalman Z3 Plus case cooling)

That's because it's an Intel cpu. For them it's recommended to keep the voltage under 1.4v, so you could OC it even further if you have a good cooler, I think. Back to me now, I think my mobo can stay pretty safe at 1.5v because I didnt notice any big difference in temperatures going from 1.476v to 1.5v, maybe like 1-2 degrees celsius or so but not much, and my FX-4100's max voltage is 1.55v so I think Im good 😀. Pretty happy with my stable OC @4.5GHz 1.464v.One thing to mention is that the 4.6GHz overclock wasn't stable even at 1.5v so I think it's not worth it to bump the voltage above 1.5v for just 0.1Ghz (~2 FPS). PS: I'm planning on buying a FX-8350 and OC it to 4.2Ghz in the future on the same mobo with the same cpu cooler, if something isn't clear I'll come to this site and ask for help hoping I'll get answers faster.
