As you can see it didn't come with 2400g compatibility at first so it depends on when it was made, must ask seller if it is compatible and it's mostly marked on the box or a sticker on it.

That says it was supported by the first BIOS release, F1. It supports the 2400G out of the box.
As for Windows, if you change the motherboard, you'd be better off with a clean install of Windows.
