GA H270 GAMING 3 issue with Dell Monitor

Hi everyone!
I have a problem! I can't switch off my dell u2515h even if I shut down windows! It goes into power safe mode....
I have to power off the pc and only then I can turn off the monitor.

Do you know if there is something to set into bios or vga settings?
I can normally turn it on and off while pc is powered off!

My config
Gigabyte GA H270 GAMING 3
Gigabyte G1 GTX 1070
Dell U2515H via mDP

It doesn't matter if your PC is on, off or sleeping, you should always be able to turn off your display via the power button on it..

Ok, I thought it way "normal" with mDP!
But I was wrong....

So I have to return it...

I'm pretty sure even the biggest piece of s**t monitor has a freaking power button xD
