GA-X58A-UD3R BIOS settings for CPU & RAM?

Hello,

I am having trouble finding step by step BIOS settings instructions for my RAM and CPU, any help would be greatly appreciated. I have read a few posts here and on Patriot to make me think that this memory is not 100% compatible? I have followed the MB instruction for triple channel RAM installation and the computer boots with defaults but the CPU is showing 2.0GHz, and the memory is showing 1066.

Below is my hardware setup

Win7 64bit

Patriot PVT36G1600ELK Extreme Performance Viper Series PC3-12800 DDR3 1600 6GB 3 x 2GB Intel XMP Ready CL 9 Non ECC Triple Channel Kit (Blue)

Intel Core i7 950 3.06GHz 8M L3 Cache LGA1366 Desktop Processor

Gigabyte LGA1366 SATA3 ATI CrossFireX ATX Motherboard GA-X58A-UD3R Rev-2

Additional Hardware just in case it makes a difference

EVGA GeForce GTX470 in PCIe slot -1

I've found the GA-X58A-UD3R to be problematic with XMP settings {Extreme Memory Profile (X.M.P.) -> Enabled} therefore, I generally recommend manually setting the BIOS. The i7 9xx utilizes Step Down to conserve power, but as the CPU goes under load the speed rises per spec.

BIOS:
Extreme Memory Profile (X.M.P.) -> Disabled
System Memory Multiplier -> 12 {12 x 133 BCLK = 1600}
CAS Latency Time -> 9
tRCD -> 9
tRP - > 9
tRAS -> 24
Command Rate(CMD) -> 2
DRAM Voltage - 1.65v~1.70v

If unstable; increase as need:
QPI/Vtt Voltage -> 1.32~1.38v
