I am not sure what to buy the GA-Z87X-D3H motherboard or the GA-H87-HD3 motherboard with the
GeForce GTX 770 WindForce 3X OC 4GB Edition and the
I7 4770K and
4 GB RAM 1333 MHz and the
Seasonic M12II evo edition and the
Cooler Master HAF 912 Case

Solution
GA-Z87X-D3H. You'll want a Z87 board if you're overclocking. If you're not overclocking, no need for the i7-4770k; Grab a Xeon E3-1230V3 instead (very slightly underclocked 4770, but much cheaper).

Also, you're going to want to get 8GB of RAM. And if you're not doing SLI or using more than 2 1080p screens, the 4GB VRAM on the GPU is useless; Save some money and get the 2GB version.
this shouldnt be a dilema. having a 4770k you need at least a Z87 in order to take advantage of the unlocked multiplier and voltage. however i would suggest a newer z97 mobo instead

Motherboard: ASRock Z97 EXTREME4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($145.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $145.99
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)
