I had 2x256 HyperX (CAS2.5 @ 200mhz) and my memory benchmarks were great.

I added another 2x256 HyperX and I couldnt even get the system to boot until
setting all BIOS memory settings to most conservative timings.

Now i benchmark slower than PC2700.

What the dilly-yo?

Two things come to mind:
!. To run 4 memory sticks 2 of them must be single sided. These Kingston
units appear to be double sided but I don't know.

2. There is a BIOS upgrade that claims to fix problem with Kingston

LOL
