Question Gainward Phoenix RTX 4080 Super, VBIOS crossflash question

Hello,

I would like to ask , if someone have experience with crossflashing VBIOS ( i did it earlier, but i found circuit boards,which was almost exact same as second VBIOS).. Now my question is, if i should or not crossflash VBIOS from Gainward to Zotac AMP Extreme Airo. I found only Zotac XMP Airo PCB circuit board, but not for Gainward RTX 4080 Super Phoenix

Mainly i know there is always rfisk, but i am not sure about this, because i dont know what exactly controllers, mosfets, phase design is on Gainward card.

I would like to know your opinions, experiences and so on. Thanks.

If both cards are expendable/disposable, then you can move forward. If not, don't bother. If you want to overclock the GPU, do it the old fashioned way and look for VBIOS meant for your particular card.

Only one thing hold me back,. and thats Power limit. Otherwise i wouldn't even consider crossflashing.

So i tried crossflash with GALAX bios and it works flawlessly. Without any problems. Now my core clock is way higher (potential) than before with higher power limit.
