Question Galax B550m EX no display but fan on

Hello. I built a PC with specification of
Ryzen 5800x
GTX 1660
RAM 2x8gb 3600mhz
And Galax b550m ex
I suspected that the motherboard is faulty and tried hard reset and cmos battery removal but no avail. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you

can i get some more details about whats happening such as what cable you are using to connect the pc to the monitor?

and is the io port for what you are plugging it in with loose in any way?

What setails would you know?
I just find out that the red-light of SSD state, CPU State and OOB(?) state are turning on when the pc is turned on. I cannot shut down the PC if it is not from the PSU. And the cables are firm and connected securely to hdmi on gpu and hdmi on pc

Nope tried that about 3 times still the same thing

Yep I even tried reseating gpu, RAM, then cmos but still nothing

Have you any idea what BIOS rev. the board is on? Specifically, whether it is one that supports your CPU.

B550 was released before 5000 series CPU's were so it's possible the board BIOS was never updated.
