Is this score of 1426 any extreme preset at 1920x1080 right. ? I scored 1632 before and installed a new ssd and windows 7 64bit now the score is lower ?

You did a fresh reinstall of the entire OS on a new hard drive?

The solid state drive shouldn't really effect the performance score of your Heaven Benchmark by any noticeable amount.

Benchmark scores are constantly fluctuating depending on what's going on with the PC. How many times did you run the benchmark? I get varying scores all the time.

Also; check your power options. They may be running on power saver. That actually happened to a friend of mine once after a fresh install. If your components aren't getting the power they need (even just 5%) they won't function efficiently.

I think I have set it to high performance but didn't run a bench after that thou will once I knock off from work and let u know it can't be something else ?

Run it multiple times. The score changes a lot. I get between 1200 and 1300 all the time. Ever texture and every mesh won't load all the same time over and over again.

Most of the time the difference is not visibly discernible, anyways.

Try with an actual game and monitor the FPS carefully.
