change.org went from a meaningful petition site to a place where everyone goes to whine about the slightest change. I hate seeing change.org petitions nowadays, this is a great example. The other is one created to petition amazon raising the minimum required purchase amount to get free shipping.

The Galaxy Nexus is over 2 years old. Is it capable of running 4.4? Sure. Is it worth potentially inhibiting the progression forward of new OS releases to support such old hardware? I would say no, not with how fast mobile tech is advancing. The software and services are already progressing slower than the hardware. But that's just my opinion.
