Galaxy S8 IP68 questions....

Hi there,

I currently have a Galaxy S8 and it has a protection rating of IP68. I was hoping for some clarification on what exactly that means. All I know, or I think I know, is that it has something to do with water-proofing...

Also, I've seen many water tests on the Galaxy S8, and it shows the phone complete submerged underwater...so are the ports such as the charging port, audio jack port, and the speaker port safe from water?
