Hello

Is it wurf to upgrade from S8 to S9 for about 30-50$.

I heard that battery is bad on S9 and that it has better CPU.

Honestly battery is number 1 for me

Maybe some updates on S9 came to fix issues with battery.

I have day or two to think about...

Galaxy phones and good battery life don't belong in the same sentence, some of the Notes where an exception but you pay a higher premium for those.

Is it worth it to upgrade for $30 more.. yes I would say so but overall there isn't much of a difference you can cram into a phone on a 12-month release cycle.

S9- More 4G bands and slightly faster possible connection speeds overall.
S9- CPU/GPU 20% faster 30% more efficient- At least that was the claim

S9 Battery life 15...

For 30-50$ yes, it's worth it. The S9 is slightly better, but I wouldn't recommend upgrading if you have to pay full price. Nowadays Samsung does some good improvements every other phone, meaning that S6 and S7 are very similar, S8 and S9 are very similar too.
But, if it costs you 30 dollars to upgrade, then it's 100% worth it.

Talking about battery, I have a S9 Plus and it can last for a whole day or more. So with the S9 it should last a day without a doubt.

Is it refurbished, used or new?

Its used like 9 months, still has a warrenty.
Should I change battery because I know batteries have 12 months warranty which means its free of charge

Btw he says he can use it a day no problem but I doubt cuz I am hardcore, I use snapchat, Instagram, Wapp, Youtube , Gaming a lot like really a lot

Yeah, you could change the battery and keep it for a while.
You said you can upgrade to the S9 for $30, how?
How?? Lol here is how

So first I change my S8 for Iphone 7 plus.
Then in that same day I change Iphone for Galaxy S9 + 30$

Simple as that, thats how I got upgrade from S7 to S8 with only 50$ 😂

Try it once but be very careful, you might be scamed

Not bad, so it's an used phone? I always get new ones, it's safer :D

Just some AI integration in camera and 960 fps slow-motion video.

A good upgrade would be Note 9.

Not bang for the buck but it's got a great display, big battery and tons of sensors. Though it's unique selling point is the s pen.

S9 Battery life 15 hours, 30 minutes of Video Playback in Airplane mode.
S8 Battery life 16 hours of Video Playback in Airplane mode.

Same Crappy bloatware ridding software. :(

The only worthwhile upgrade is the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, or may be the Galaxy S9 if you like the additional camera features.

Galaxy S8 and S9 both have the same battery capacity and similar hardware so i doubt if you would see any improvement in battery life.

but the S9 will get updates for a longer time.
