galaxy y help!!!

i have a samsung galaxy y and it won't mount my system in cwm and i can't go back to stock recovery
this is the problem....i need to flash my galaxy y bcause i'm going to install custom rom then suddenly our breaker in our house shutdown b.cause there is a problem....then i reboot my system it stuck at galaxy y logo it doesn't reach the animation....yesterday i downloded a clockworkmod backup and stock recovery
i flash it then it stuck again!!! i look onto mounts and storage...it is all mounted but the system is not i tried to mount it then i got a error say's:
Error Mounting /system!
and i can't also format it itsays the error again....my pc wont install the driver's to my so i can't go to odin....
i would appreciate your help guys!!

I had this problem once, there are two ways out:
1. Extract the clockwork-mod WITHOUT installing it.
2. Use samsung emergency recovery utility

Behind the battery theres an S/N code which will allow the computer to identify the phone even if it's not booted. Use the code through Samsung emergency utility. BTW it's known as samsung kies.
