Game Crashes, fixed it but Framerate is not good.

My game crashes all the time, at the same time also my PC.
I've tried everything including cleaning the Interior parts of the Tower, etc, etc. but it hasn't worked.
I underclocked it and now it doesn't crash BUT the performance is out of this world, absolutely amazing!
a silky smooth 15FPS in most games, it's amazing!
Anyway, non-sarcastically speaking, what can i do to improve performance?

are you monitoring cpu temps while you play?

also if you underclocked it to get stable, it points to the power supply is likely not good enough or the card is defective

I think i found the problem...while monitoring my gpu temp in far cry 3 main menu...the temps were 95 c....its overheating...well how do i fix it?
