How accuarate is Game Debate (https://www.game-debate.com/) GPU AND CPU COMPARE results?

I personally dont trust any 'game comparison' site.
I have enough knowledge to just look at the specs and see what FPS i could get.
I trust youtube gaming test way more than these type of sites.
Althought you have to make sure that you are watching a video of the exact same specs you are running.
What game are you looking to play?
At what resolution?
What are your pc specs?
