Game Debate says i5-4460 will bottleneck an R9 380.

I went on Game Debate to check specs for a new PC i am going to build and they said the i5 4460 will bottleneck an R9 380. Will it?

It won't bottleneck. Game Debate is a worthless source of information. You can run any graphics card with the 4460. It may not have as high frame rates as an i7, but still good none the less.
