Question Game-Fortnite low fps and nothing is lowding

I have an msi laptop with a intel core I5 and 8gb ram and i have a verry low fps around the 60/70 and if i join a game nothing is loading my skin isnt loading buildings arent not and my invetory isnt loading too how can i fix that pls help me

I dont know wich one i have im not the best in that so idk how to see that but i have geoforce experience and i think i have updated everything
