Question Game Freeze-Black Screen-PC restart while gaming RTX3060 12GB

Hey Guys
I just want to take few opinions before losing my mind over the following issue. I recently purchased a GPU [ Gigabyte RTX3060 12GB Eagle OC ] before that i owned an RX550.
As soon as i powered up my RTX i am getting freeze-black screen and instant reboots while gaming( sometimes reboot does not even occur, Pc remains at black screen). I had bo such issues before with my RX550.
To be specific i am getting these issues while playing SW-Jedi survivor and SW-Battlefront 2. I know jedi survivor is kinda buggy but battlefront is kinda old now and it makes no sense.
I have tried all possible troubleshooting actions such as:
- upgrade / downgrade drivers
- Stress test RAM/CPU/GPU
- tried alternate display ports
- bios update / windows updates
- tried another PSU just in case ( Corsair RM850x )
All temperatures are below 60-65C.

My humble build:
i5 - 11400
Gigabyte z490m gaming x
corsair 16GB RAM kit
Corsair RM850i PSU
Gigabyte RTX3060 12GB

Has any1 experienced such thing ?

Given what fixes you've tried, it kinda points to the 3060. Is it new or second hand?

Its new. Bought it last week. i even RMA'd the card and they returned it back to me saying that card has no issues

Did you clear CMOS after updating the bios? If not, you will need to do that.
