Game FREEZES for 5 to 10 seconds, Windows Beep, then it is fine

A possilble FIX - My primary game is Battlefield 3 and the game started randomly freezing for 5 to 10 seconds during the game, then I would get a windows beep, then it was fine until it would do it all over again. I narrowed it down to USB, so I tried USB 2 ports, USB 3 ports, removing the HUBS, etc... But it turned out to be my 4 year old Logitech G9 Mouse... That's it. Bought the new Logitech G9X and NO more problems.

Bottom Line: Any mouse can eventually go bad and that's all it was. Hope this helps.
