Not sure if this is even the right place to put this, if not please move it to the right place.

I'm looking for a way to have my clan/group members visit a website, form or something once a week and click next to their name to indicate that they are still active. I can't seem to find anything even remotely like this. There are tons of teachers websites for tracking student but they don't do what I want. I'll create a list of clan/group members then they are responsible for once a week going to the website and clicking the box next to their name. It could be a google doc or discord bot anything really so long as it only allows you to click one box, not multiple.

You send out a mass email once a week. Whoever replies, they are still active.
