Hey, I am having some problems with my mouse movement in games. For example, in fortnite, I would have all of the settings turned down including v-sync, the game ran at 60fps no problems.. until I moved my mouse the game would drop to under 10fps until I stopped moving the mouse. Also, there weren't any problems in the menu. Another game with problems was terraria but in terraria, the menu was laggy again when I moved my mouse.
I recently bought a new 4k monitor that had a few dead pixels, they wouldn't fix it since there weren't enough dead pixels to allow them to fix it.After they had a look at the monitor I realized in some websites the cursor has a shadow behind it. None of these problems appeared after the "repair"
